Ben's Tech Support Story:
I started CT&T in 2002, providing home computer support part-time, while working in the Mental Health field. In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various companies, some short contracts and some longer term, while taking on occasional customers for my own business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter. At the end of 2025, I re-started my home tech support business full-time, in part to have the flexibility to develop my music performance career. I'm now happy to be supporting the general public with technical issues and learning needs.
