Who We Are

Ben's Tech Support Story:

I started CT&T in 2002, providing home computer support part-time, while working in the Mental Health field. In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various companies, some short contracts and some longer term, while taking on occasional customers for my own business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter. Now, at the end of 2025, I’m now happy to announce my decision to devote my time to fully to provide support for home computer users and home-based businesses computer needs as well as instruction in the use of tech devices and software.
