Ben's Tech Support Story:

I started CT&T in 2002, providing home computer support part-time, while working in the Mental Health field. In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various companies, some short contracts and some longer term, while taking on occasional customers for my own business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter. Now, at the end of 2025, I’m now happy to announce my decision to leave the 40 hour and run my home tech support business in part to have the flexibility to develop my music performance career. I'm excited to be supporting friends and other with their technical needs.
